  • Do you really make all this?

    Yes! It is all made by me and comes shipped to you directly from my apartment. I try my very best to source the highest quality supplies to provide the best quality products.

  • Why do you charge for shipping?

    While I would love to be able to provide free shipping and compete with larger brands I cannot because I am a small business being run by one person. I try my best to provide the lowest shipping prices I can, and make my packages cute and fun to open.

  • Can I pay for rushed shipping?

    Unfortunately I do not provide rushed shipping or rushed orders. There will always be a one week processing time with all purchases as I maintain a full time position outside of bna crafts. Thank you for understanding!

  • Can I return an item?

    I do not accept any returns. Once an item has been sent out I no longer have any control over its status or location. To report a stolen package please reach out to the post office directly with your shipping number.

  • Can I have my item repaired?

    I am happy to do any repairs for free, but I do ask that you pay for the shipping. Please send me a message to start the process of getting an item repaired.

  • Can I purchase a custom item?

    It depends on the item and how much availability I currently have. Please send me a message with your idea and I will let get back to you as soon as I can!
